Custom & Bespoke Orders
Most pieces created by Specials Jewelry are made to order. Once production has begun, custom and bespoke pieces cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Clients will be informed about design details and specifications before production begins to ensure clarity and agreement.

Craftsmanship & Material Variations
Each piece is handcrafted. Slight variations in stone appearance, gold tone, finish, or measurements may occur due to natural materials and the handmade process. These variations are considered part of the character of artisanal jewelry.

Client-Provided Materials
For heirloom redesign or client casting services, customers may provide their own gold or gemstones. All materials are assessed before production; however, Specials Jewelry cannot guarantee the internal condition, structural integrity, or durability of externally supplied materials.
During melting or resetting, unforeseen material issues may occur due to impurities or previous wear.

Estimated production timelines are provided for guidance and may vary depending on design complexity, workshop scheduling, or material sourcing. Clients will be informed of significant timeline changes if they occur.

Payments
Production begins only after payment confirmation or an agreed deposit. Payment methods and arrangements may be completed through direct communication with the client.

Shipping Responsibility
Once a piece has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While we assist with shipment tracking and courier investigations if necessary, Specials Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or external logistics factors.
