All pieces are made to order.

Production typically takes 4–8 weeks after design confirmation and receipt of the deposit. Once completed, your piece will be securely packaged and prepared for shipment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that production timelines may vary depending on design complexity, stone sourcing, or heirloom material assessment.

Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)

Orders within Indonesia are shipped through a trusted courier service with tracking.

Delivery times vary depending on location and courier service. For security, shipments may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.

International Shipping

We ship internationally from Bali, Indonesia.

Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and courier service. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local fees that may be applied by their country.

Shipping Security

All pieces are carefully packaged for safe delivery. When available, insured shipping options may be arranged for higher-value pieces.

Once the package has been handed to the courier and tracking has been issued, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for delivery delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information.
