How do I place an order?
All projects begin through our inquiry form or WhatsApp consultation. Once the design, materials, and specifications are confirmed, we issue a deposit invoice to begin production. Each piece is made to order.
How long does the process take?
Most bespoke pieces take approximately 4–8 weeks from design confirmation to completion. Heirloom redesign timelines may vary depending on material assessment and structural requirements.
What materials do you work with?
We primarily work in solid gold (10K, 14K, 18K) and selected precious metals. Material recommendations are based on durability, comfort, and long-term wear.
Do you offer certified diamonds?
Yes. Center diamonds from approximately 0.30 carat and above are typically accompanied by independent certification. Smaller accent stones and selected gemstones are carefully matched for quality but are not individually certified.
Can I customize an existing design?
Yes. Most designs can be adjusted in stone size, setting details, or metal preference. We will advise what is structurally possible.
Can I bring my own gold or stone?
Yes. We offer a Heirloom Transformation service for clients who wish to reuse personal gold or stones. All materials are assessed before production to ensure suitability and structural integrity.
Will additional gold ever be required for heirloom redesign?
In some cases, yes. Client-supplied gold may require reinforcement or additional material to ensure durability and proper construction. We will advise transparently before proceeding.
How do I confirm my ring size?
If you are unsure of your size, we can guide you through sizing options before production. For surprise proposals, we can advise discreet measurement methods.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due before delivery or shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Pieces are securely packaged and shipped with tracking. Insurance options are available upon request.
Do you offer resizing?
Yes, within reasonable size adjustments. Some designs may have structural limitations, which will be discussed during consultation.
Do you provide warranty?
We provide warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or issues related to client-supplied stones.
Are bespoke pieces eligible for return?
As all pieces are made to order, bespoke and heirloom designs are not eligible for returns. All details are confirmed before production begins.
