Most pieces created by Specials Jewelry are made to order. For this reason, custom, bespoke, and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
If a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
We encourage clients to confirm sizing and design details carefully before production begins.

Resizing
Ring resizing may be possible depending on the design.
Certain styles, including eternity bands or designs with stones set around the entire band, may not be eligible for resizing.
If resizing is required, please contact us to discuss available options. Shipping costs related to resizing may be the responsibility of the client.

We offer repair services for pieces created by Specials Jewelry.
Repair availability depends on the condition of the piece and the nature of the damage. An assessment will be conducted before confirming repair options and costs.
Damage caused by daily wear, accidental impact, or improper handling is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Client-Provided Materials
For heirloom redesign or client casting services, materials supplied by the client may show signs of age, previous wear, or internal stress.
While we take great care during the production process, Specials Jewelry cannot guarantee the structural integrity of externally supplied gold or gemstones.

Care Recommendations
Jewelry is delicate and should be worn and stored with care.
We recommend removing jewelry during activities that may expose it to strong impact, chemicals, or excessive pressure to maintain its condition over time.
